Beth heads up a great team of groomers in San Antonio, opening in 2011. Beth began her grooming career in 1988, graduating at the top of her class from VTI Institute in North Central Texas.  After several years as a groomer at a small “boutique” shop in the Dallas area, she and her family relocated to Houston and shortly thereafter she was offered a Grooming Manager position with a large national pet services chain.  There she assisted in establishing several of the corporation’s pet salons in Texas, Louisiana, & Mississippi and has extensive training and experience in grooming and related pet health care areas.  Beth has been a certified “Groomer Trainer” for the past seventeen years, having held numerous training and safety classes in Central & East Texas.  She and her family have been residents in the Bulverde area since 2004.

In June of 2011, Beth decided to step out of the corporate grind in order to get back to the pleasure and art of grooming. Instead of the hurried pace and assembly line rush of a big Corporate Groomshop, she enjoys focusing on her clients & their pets.  She opened Bluebonnet Grooming and serves the needs of her neighbors and their pets in the North San Antonio, Bulverde and Spring Branch areas.  She’s just a short drive north up US Hwy 281 from Stone Oak, Stone Ridge and North San Antonio.

Amanda, another of our great groomers in San Antonio has been working at Bluebonnet Grooming since July 2012. She started as a Bather/Brusher and over the years has learned to groom, being trained by Beth. She has established quite a request customer base, all of whom anxiously await her part-time visits back to Bluebonnet Grooming since she Graduated at the top of her class from SVHS in 2014. She now resides in College Station at A&M University, returning home to groom over holiday breaks and during the summer.
